Provider: Woonklasse, registered at Joop Geesinkweg 201, 1114 AB Amsterdam-Duivendrecht, the Netherlands, listed in the Dutch commercial register under number 85409146. VAT number NL004092100B36. Office and postal address: Laantje van Van Iperen 26b, 4142 ER Leerdam. This site and the planner are offered under the name Woonklasse 3D, reachable via info@woonklasse3d.com.

1. What these terms apply to

These terms apply to every use of the planner at app.woonklasse3d.nl (the planner) and to every subscription to it. By creating an account you agree to them.

2. Account and demo

An account is needed to save designs. An account without a subscription is a demo: it works for seven days from the day it is created, saves at most three designs and cannot share designs or use the output for the trade (order list, dimensions, dxf, installation drawing). After those seven days you can save again once you have a subscription. You are responsible for access to your account.

3. Subscription and plans

The planner is supplied as a subscription per user, per quarter, per half year or per year. The plans Starter, Business and Enterprise, the amounts and what is in which plan are on the pricing page and in the planner; that is what you buy. All amounts exclude VAT. On a yearly plan you pay ten months for twelve; per quarter and per half year you pay the full price. Enterprise, loading an own range and the one-off set-up fee for it are agreed per business and recorded in writing.

4. Payment

Payment runs through Stripe, by iDEAL, credit card or SEPA direct debit. A plan is charged at the start of each period and renews for the same period when it ends, until you cancel. If a payment fails you are notified; if payment stays out, the plan's features lapse until it is paid. Your designs remain saved.

5. Term and cancelling

A plan runs per quarter, per half year or per year, and renews for the same period when it ends. You cancel for the end of a period, at the latest one month before it ends. You cancel by email to info@woonklasse3d.com; we confirm the cancellation by email. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the paid period. Periods already paid are not refunded, except where article 6 provides otherwise.

6. Right of withdrawal

If you take out a subscription as a consumer, you may withdraw within fourteen days without giving a reason. An email to info@woonklasse3d.com is enough. If you ask to use the planner within those fourteen days, you pay for the part you used and get the rest back. If you take out the subscription on behalf of a business, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply.

7. Your designs and your data

Your designs and the data you enter remain yours. We store them to deliver the service and do not use them for anything else. If you share a design with a view link or an edit link, anyone with that link can view the design or, with an edit link and while it is valid, change it. What we do with personal data is in the privacy statement.

8. Use of the planner

You use the planner to design rooms for yourself or for your customers. It is not permitted to resell the planner without a written agreement with us, to copy or distribute the catalogue or the models outside the planner, or to load the service in a way that hinders other users. Prices in the catalogue are the prices as they are in the catalogue at the time of designing; a quote or order list from the planner is an aid and not an offer from a supplier.

9. Availability and maintenance

We do our best to keep the planner available and announce maintenance in advance where we can. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. We may change and improve the planner; features that are in your plan are not removed without prior notice.

10. What the drawing is and is not

The floor plan, the dimensions and the installation drawing are an aid in choosing and preparing. They do not replace a check on site or an inspection by a certified installer. Dimensions and connections are re-measured on site before execution.

11. Liability

We are not liable for damage arising because a design, a dimension or a drawing from the planner was executed without a check on site. Otherwise our liability is limited to the amount you paid in subscription in the twelve months before the damage. This limitation does not apply in case of intent or deliberate recklessness.

12. Changes

If we change these terms we announce it at least one month in advance by email to the address on your account. If you do not agree, you can cancel as of the date the change takes effect.

13. Law and disputes

Dutch law applies to these terms. We first put a dispute to each other; if we cannot resolve it, the Dutch court has jurisdiction.
