What is Woonklasse 3D?
A 3D planner into which we load the product range of wholesalers, manufacturers and showrooms. Their salespeople and customers use it to draw a customer's room at true scale, with the real products in it, and hand over with a quote, an order list and the drawings for the trade.
Who is it made for?
For businesses that sell, build or manage products for the home: the wholesaler and the manufacturer who put their range in it, and the showroom, the shop, the installer, the contractor and the housing association who draw with it. What it does for each is on who it is for. A private individual can use it too; the plans are written for businesses.
Which industries can go in?
Any range that stands in a room and has a size: bathroom and sanitaryware, tiles, kitchens, flooring, doors, wellness, lighting, window dressings and interior. We load each of them the same way. See industries.
Can my own range go in?
Yes. You supply a product list with dimensions and photos from several angles, and we turn every product into 3D. For that there is a one-off set-up fee, depending on the number of products. An own range belongs to Enterprise; we set the price together. How loading works is on how it works.
What do I need to supply?
Per product: the article number, the full product name (not shortened), brand and series, the category, width, depth and height in millimetres, the mounting height if the product hangs, the colour and finish, the price, a link to the product page, and photos from several angles.
Supply the names as they appear in your own system, not shortened.
Do I need 3D models?
No. Your product list with dimensions and the photos from several angles are enough; we make the models. They remain ours, and you and your customers use them for as long as we work together.
How long does loading take?
Allow four to six weeks for the first batch, counted from a complete product list. After that you supply new products and price changes the same way.
What does loading cost?
There is a one-off set-up fee, depending on the number of products. We work it out after the first conversation, once we have seen your range. There is no maximum number of products.
Can I resell Woonklasse 3D to my customers?
Yes, as a wholesaler or manufacturer. You buy users from us at a tiered price and resell them to your customers, with your own margin on top. How that works is on for wholesalers.
Can the planner go on my own website?
Yes, with Enterprise and at an extra charge. Consumers then design at home with your range. We set it up together with you.
What do I need to install?
Nothing. The planner runs in the browser, on a laptop in the showroom just as well as on a tablet at the kitchen table. You need an account to save designs.
Can I see the pipework and the electrics?
Yes. In the installation step the walls become see-through and water, drainage and electrics appear, with the mounting heights. You print that drawing for the installer; it is part of Business.
Does the planner warn me when something will not work?
Yes, but it is a warning and not a lock. While you draw, a check runs along on the layout: something placed in front of a window or a door, something taller than the ceiling, two products overlapping, a spotlight outside the room. Whatever stands out gets a red outline and a line in a numbered list.
You accept such a point one by one, for example when a curtain hangs in front of the window on purpose, and you can always undo it. The planner does not decide for you.
What comes out of the planner?
- The floor plan on A4, and a print or PDF of the design.
- A quote: product list with the total.
- An order list as CSV with article number, quantity and the amount per line.
- The dimensions: an elevation per wall, to scale.
- A CAD drawing (dxf) to carry on drawing.
- The installation drawing with pipework and mounting heights.
- A 3D video (mp4) and a 360 photo.
The order list, the dimensions, the dxf and the installation drawing are part of Business.
Does the planner work out how many tiles are needed?
Yes. Per tile the planner works out the net area: the floor without a room inside the room, and every wall up to the tiling height minus the doors, windows and niches in it. A painted wall does not count.
Cutting waste is added on top, ten percent by default, and that figure is shown at Hand-over and can be changed; it is not hidden in a multiplication. Then it rounds up to whole boxes, because half a box does not exist. Two walls with the same tile are one line, because that is one order.
What is not included: skirting, adhesive, grout, sealant and the laying itself. This is the tile.
Can the customer look at the design at home?
Yes, in Business. You share a view link; it opens the design at the customer's home without an account and keeps working. If you want the customer to work on it too, you share an edit link; that lasts a week.
Where are my designs?
In your own catalogue in the planner, with folders per customer, favourites and an archive. With a folder you keep photos of the current situation and, if you want, the address.
What does it cost?
Starter costs € 39 and Business € 89, per user per month, excluding VAT. Enterprise, for wholesalers, manufacturers and chains, we set per deal; it comes with a tiered price per user and a one-off set-up fee for loading your range. Everything is on the pricing page.
How is payment made?
Per quarter, per half year or per year, by iDEAL, credit card or SEPA direct debit, handled by Stripe. On a yearly plan you pay ten months for twelve; per quarter and per half year you pay the full price. All amounts on this site exclude VAT.
Can I cancel?
Yes. A plan runs per quarter, per half year or per year and then renews for the same period. You cancel for the end of a period, at the latest one month before it ends. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the paid period. You cancel by emailing MAILstyle='color:var(--navy);text-decoration:underline;text-underline-offset:2px'; we confirm it by email.
Can I try it first?
Yes. An account is free and works for a week as a demo. You see the full planner and keep up to three designs. Sharing and the output for the trade (order list, dimensions, dxf, installation drawing) belong to Business. If you want to see the planner with products like the ones you sell, request a demo.
