Privacy statement

What we process

• Account data. Your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture. In the planner you can enter your name, phone number and company logo; they belong to your account.
• Your designs. The rooms you draw, the products you choose, the finishes you set, the folders you keep them in and the photos and the address you add to a folder.
• Payment data. Name, email address and subscription details go to Stripe. We never see card or bank account numbers.
• What you send us. What you fill in on the contact form or the demo form, so we can answer your question.
• Visits, only after consent. If you say yes in the cookie bar, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta measure visits to this site. Without consent nothing is loaded.

Why and on which basis

To deliver the service you hold an account for and to handle the subscription (performance of the contract), to answer your questions (legitimate interest), to comply with tax law (legal obligation) and, only with your consent, to know how many visits the site gets and which adverts work. No profile of you is built for other purposes and no data is sold.

Who else sees it

We work with these processors. They process data on our instructions and not for themselves.

• Clerk: signing in and the accounts.
• Stripe: payment and invoices.
• Vercel: hosting of this site and of the planner, and storage of designs, images and incoming messages.
• Supabase: the database holding account data, designs, folders and share links.
• Hostinger: the mail server our mailbox runs on, over which the messages from the contact form reach us.
• Google: if you sign in with Google; and, after consent, Google Analytics and Google Ads.
• Meta: only after consent, for adverts on Facebook and Instagram.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. What is stored in your browser and what is added after consent is in the cookie policy. The planner sets session cookies needed to stay logged in.

How long

We keep account data and designs while your account exists. If you cancel and ask for deletion, we delete them. Messages from the contact form are kept as long as needed to handle them. Invoices we keep for seven years, as tax law requires. Measurement data is kept by the named services for the periods in the cookie policy.

Security

Traffic to the site and the planner runs over an encrypted connection. The database is only reachable through our own server functions, not directly from the browser.

Your rights

You may see your data, have it corrected or deleted, withdraw your consent and object to a processing. A mail to info@woonklasse3d.com is enough; we reply within a month. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes

If anything changes in what we process or with whom, we update this statement and note it on this page. Last change: September 2026.
